This package is not generally promoted and is typically by invitation only. Our goal here is to provide an attractive, cost effective website and simplified process. In order offer this special pricing on this package, there are a few things you need to know, understand and agree to.

• Sac City Tech will have full control over design and layout decisions. In other words, you won’t need to worry about any of that. Leave it to us!

• Domain Names and Hosting – You must have them to have a website. If you have not already obtained a domain name and/or hosting account, we can set all that up for you as part of this package for no additional cost. However, you will be responsible for paying all domain registration and related fees as well as all related hosting fees to get them setup. These are separate service providers not associated with Sac City Tech.

• Our client, you in this case, will simply provide all content in copy ready format that you wish on the site along with the page names / menu tabs you wish each portion of  content to displayed in. Graphics must be copyright free or totally owned/authorized for use by you and must be in high resolution format. Text must be checked for spelling, grammar and accuracy for what you want your clients to see. We will not write the content for you, you know your business better than anyone.

• After we come to an agreement to build you a website, you will be contacted with a simple document explaining what is needed to build your website. All requested information will need to be in a single document sent at the same time in order to start work. In other words, content spread out over multiple documents and emails is very confusing and time consuming for all involved. It’s best to take the time to put everything in a single document with clear instructions as to what content goes on what page. We’ll handle the layout, you just provide content. 

• Due the design and nature of this package, we are unable to take out of scope or design change requests. If you think you will need a custom or special design, please work with us to build a special package and quote to fit your needs.

• Benefit to you: This design has been tested extensively and works very well on Desktop Computers, Tablets and Smart Phones as the site will automatically adjust to the device it is displaying on. This is called Responsive.

• With this package, your website can be up in less than a week from the time we have put a client agreement in place, received payment and been provided all required content for the site.
